They are verbal or written declarations and  sworn statements presented to the Notary in which the existence of certain facts are assured under oath will  attests to what is declared .

Requirements:
Go personally to the Notary
Carry the citizenship card
Bring the written statement for review by the Notary or give the version verbally.
Bring any other document that you consider serves to attest to your declaration and record what you wish to declare.

Notary 68 in Bogotá has adopted all the corresponding biosafety protocols for prevention and mitigation measures contemplated in the different administrative instructions issued by the Superintendency of Notaries and Registry within the framework of the health emergency, in Circular No. 362 of 2020 and in Resolution No. 000666 of April 24, 2020, issued by the Ministry of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, by means of which the biosafety protocol is adopted to mitigate, control and carry out the adequate management of the Coronavirus pandemic COVID -19.
