I authorize Notary 68 of Bogotá to process my previously incorporated personal data as provided in Article 15 of the National Political Constitution, statutory Laws 1266 of 2008, Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, and its regulatory decrees its Regulatory Decrees, Decree 1727 of 2009, Decree 2952 of 2010, Decree 1377 of 2013 and Decree 886 of 2014; I state that the information provided is true and that Notary 19 Bogotá guarantees me that I will be able to exercise my right of access, rectification and updating related to this treatment, through the services in Notary 19 Bogotá; Likewise, I undertake to update my data and exempt Notary 68 Bogotá from any liability arising from the breach or omission of said obligation. ”
