Required documents for a Real Estate sale

1. Photocopies of the identity cards of the grantors.

2. Certificate of Tradition and Freedom

3. Property tax of the last 4 yeares paid (outside Bogota, payment certificate)

4. Payment Certificate of Land Value Tax

5. Public Writing of purchase.

6. Administration payment certificate and / or condo apartment

5. State property tax account the last 5 years

6. Fill out form with all information required.

Note: If the seller is more than 70 years provide optimum health mental condition.
