The PUBLIC NOTARY 68 BOGOTA in compliance with the laws (Decree 902 of 1988) which stipulates and orders that may be settled before a notary public legacies and inheritances of any level and marital societies as the case may be, provided that the heirs, legatees and the surviving spouse, or children of these, are fully capable to proceed by mutual agreement and requested in writing by power of attorney, which must be titled and r by a egistered lawyer.

These are some of the documents you may need to present at the PUBLIC NOTARY 68 BOGOTA to begin the process of succession and inheritance.

- Title  or real estate property

- Testament of the deceased if there is one

- Death certificate.

- Certificates of release and property of real estate property.

- Powers conferred heirs to the attorney representing them.

- Copy of identity card of the deceased or cedula

- Copy of identity card of the heirs.

- Income statement for the last 5 years

- Birth certificate of the deceased

- Civil registration of the heirs.

- Acts of marriage

- Divorce Proceedings , in case there have been.
